Morning Musings Practice
I'm a firm believer that our Mindful Art and Yoga Offerings come first and foremost from our own personal practice. Throughout this training (and hopefully beyond), I recommend committing to a Morning Musings practice. This documentation will also help towards your Certification later.
Morning Musings: 30+ minutes daily exploring various Mindful Art and Yoga activities.
I recommend you keep an art journal to capture your visual process, writing, and journaling about any ah-ha's, insights, discoveries, or questions that arise through your personal practice. This will be a fantastic resource for you and your teaching practice (so much more than anything separate you'll learn as we hold wisdom within). <3
