WELCOME! You made it and I'm SO glad you're here!

Like you, I am passionate about sharing supportive and transformative Mindful Art and Yoga practices with others for self-care. I'm excited you feel called to deepen your personal practice and skill set, so you can share these offerings with the world in your unique way!

While we focused on building the Foundations of sharing Mindful Art and Meditation in the I Teacher Training here (including the 8-step Facilitator Process, Principles of Safe Space, Facilitating Share Circles and Workshops, and various Foundational Mindful Art and Yoga Nidra practices, etc), this II Teacher Training will dive deeper so you can add more Mindful Art and Yoga practices to your Facilitator tool belt. We'll be exploring various Guided Visualizations, Meditations, Somatic Yoga and Mindful Movement, Minimal Props Restorative Yoga, and Advanced Mindful Expressive Art practices.

When you have a few minutes, please fill out this brief Questionnaire so I can get to know you better and hear what you're hoping for from this training. :) It usually takes about 5-10 minutes and helps me support you better!

Q&A Group Coaching Program: (Optional)

I strongly recommend the Q&A Group Coaching Calls for additional support, guidance, clarification, coaching, and accountability!

You can still sign up for monthly Q&A Group Coaching Calls here

If you already signed up, please read full details in the Q&A Group Coaching Program Module regarding the next steps. :)

Individual Coaching Calls: (Optional)

These Coaching Calls are excellent for personalized 1-on-1 time (such as in-depth questions regarding the training Modules and materials, clarifying your vision or needs as a Facilitator, and creating a clear action plan to help support you). If your package includes Coaching Calls, I recommend scheduling sessions once every 3-4 Modules. Please feel free to schedule them as you feel you need them. You can sign up, or add more sessions, as you need them here

To Schedule your Coaching Calls please email me at info@mindfulcreativemuse.com to check availability. Please confirm scheduled sessions with at least 48 hours' notice.
Once our session time is confirmed, I'll send you a brief questionnaire to help us prepare for our time together and a Zoom link to join the video call.

Overview | Benefits of Mindful Art & Yoga Practices:

I'm SO excited you're passionate about deepening your personal Mindful Art and Yoga practice (and sharing your offerings in the world to serve others!). As a reminder, below are some of the benefits of Mindful Art and Yoga practices (these are great to share with your students, also):

1. A safe, non-judgmental space to create (no artistic experience required! this creative work is about the process, not the end product!)

2. Fun and simple mindful art and yoga explorations while receiving guidance, support, and encouragement

3. Support students in discovering a new way to turn inward and express themselves

4. Right-brain stimulation and tools to regulate the nervous system (which can help calm the mind and body and encourage creativity)

5. Students may experience increased feelings of empowerment, self-acceptance, and gratitude

6. Students may experience more clarity and insight through self-reflective exercises

Note: While research has linked connections between Mindfulness and Art Therapy with stress reduction and support for trauma, Mindful Art and Yoga are not therapy. Students' experiences vary.

Note: Due to the digital nature of recommended readings being hosted on third-party websites, please comment if any of the links are no longer working so they can be updated or removed. Thank you!

Disclaimer: It's always recommended to consult with your Primary Physician before beginning any movement practice (and suggest this to your students as well). Somatic Yoga/Movement and Restorative Yoga are gentle practices accessible to every(body) and are typically done lying down. Pain should not be experienced and participants are encouraged to listen to their body first and foremost. It is always recommended you have Liability Insurance any time you're sharing Mindful Art and Yoga practices. Various companies offer coverage for Meditation Teachers, Yoga Teachers, Expressive Art Facilitators, etc.

Recommended Pacing for the Training:

I recommend exploring one or several Modules each week, however, you can make adjustments that best align with your schedule.

You can definitely do the training at your own pace, so if you need more time (or you want to revisit content) you can do that to meet your needs and schedule! Ah, the beauty of recorded online training! Repetition is one of the best supporters for embodying new teachings and practices. :)

When you're ready, let's begin together with Module 1! :)

The foundation of this Teacher Training is built upon safe space and nurturing self-care. As Facilitators it's important we tend to our own garden first.

In the I Teacher Training, we begin by Tuning In and Clarifying our Intentions, exploring a calming visualization, breath awareness, and writing exercise, designing a unique Creative Self-Care Plan, and experimenting with a Morning Musings practice. If you already did the I Teacher Training, this will be a refresher and a good time to check in and make any adjustments to your Creative Self-Care Plan. If you're diving straight into the II Teacher Training, these practices may be new to you and are a great way to begin our time together. The Workbooks and Videos below will walk you through the process.
