Be good to yourselves this week! Tune in and notice what supportive Creative Self-Care looks and feels like for YOU. Do your best to explore a "Morning Musings" practice daily and remember these practices are for your own Creative Play and personal inquiry which will later inform your Teaching and Facilitating.

If you have a meditation or mindful art-making practice, you may want to begin exploring some of these exercises for your "Morning Musings" practice.

If you're new to meditation or mindful art, you may want to:
watch some of my YouTube Videos for inspiration

As you move through this Teacher Training, please try experimenting with a variety of meditation, mindful art, and movement practices here in your "Morning Musings" practice.

Our "Morning Musings" practice does a few things for us...

It helps us refill our own creative self-care well, so we can give from a full cup to others.
It helps us integrate and understand these practices more deeply, so we can better teach and share them with others.

Full permission to create space, take your time and complete each module at your own pace.
