Hi, I’m Cynthia Hauk, MFA, founder of Mindful Creative Muse™. I share simple, calming mindful art practices to help you stress les and create more with ease.
Since 2006, I’ve guided workshops that spark creativity, calm, and self-expression. In 2016, I began training artists, teachers, therapists, and coaches worldwide to share their own mindful art offerings.
With a Master of Fine Arts and certifications in Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts, Eco-Therapy, SoulCollage®, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga, my internationally accredited trainings have reached students in 50+ countries.
