How long do I have access to the course?

Once you've enrolled, you'll have access to each month's Themed exploration on the New Moon of the month. You'll have access to all of the materials for as long as you need. Savor the process and re-watch lessons for inspiration and support again and again! 

Do I need to start the course in January?

You can begin anytime! This is a self-paced year-long exploration which you can begin any time. Start when you're ready and do it at your own pace. Our Self-Care practice is as unique as we are, so listen to your body and heart - see what feels best for you and honor that!

Do I need prior art or meditation experience?

Everyone is welcome! Mindful Art exercises focus on the process, not the final product. Both experienced artists and people who feel they don't have a creative bone in their body will find inspiration, encouragement, and activities to explore in this course to help you feel more at ease and relaxed, self-aware, and expressing in no time! Literally! 

What if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
