Is Mindful Art the same as Art Therapy?

I'm so glad you brought this up! Although mindful art can provide therapeutic benefits, it's important to note that it is not the same as art therapy. For those who might need more specialized support, we highly recommend consulting with a local or online Art Therapist to determine if their services would be a good match for your needs.
