Once you've enrolled, you'll have access to the course material for as long as you need. So devour it all in one weekend or take things slow. It's your choice!

Do I need prior art experience?

Everyone is welcome to join! Mindful Art exercises focus on the process, not the final product. Both experienced artists and people who feel they don't have a creative bone in their body will find inspiration, encouragement, and activities to explore in this course to help you feel more at ease and relaxed, self-aware, and expressing in no time! Literally!
