Plus, you don’t need previous art experience or fancy supplies!

In this Playshop, we’ll be exploring a variety of simple, guided 5-minute Mindful Doodle Art Exercises and journaling prompts with optional community sharing. This month’s theme is “Flowers.”

Welcome! I'm Cynthia Hauk, MFA, RYT (Founder of Mindful Creative Muse). I'm passionate about sharing mindful art practices to enhance self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-expression. I've been Facilitating Art and Mindfulness courses for 14 years.

How long do I have access to the course?

Once you've enrolled and paid, you'll have access to the course material for as long as you need (and you can watch it again and again). 

What art supplies do I need for this course?

I want these Mindful Art Activities to be accessible to everyone. Please use any materials you have available. You can do all of these exercises with paper and a pen. Optionally, you can also use an unlined art journal, your favorite drawing or painting supplies, scissors, and a glue stick. 

Optional: 

> Unlined Art Journal or paper
> Your Favorite Drawing or Painting Supplies (such as pastels, colored pencils, charcoal, markers, watercolor or acrylic paints, etc)
> Scissors and Glue Stick
> Collage Materials (such as magazine images and card stock, etc)
